Embedded configurable workflow component

In a global environment your authors and translators can reside all over the world but often need to collaborate on the same content. For this, the Trisoft CMS provides embedded web-based workflow. Through defining user rights, access levels and state transitions, any type of workflow can be configured. Such a web-based collaborative environment will considerably reduce the production time of your documentation and lead to a shorter time to market.

Extensible workflow

The workflow component is an extensible component. Plug-ins can be linked to the workflow which trigger customer specific behavior. These plugins can e.g. start a workflow within a project management tool of a translation office, notify users by e-mail that they need to review certain documents and so on. The Trisoft CMS comes with a set of standard plugins and is open for custom made plugins to be linked in.
