The repository stores, organizes and manages all content. It provides the following functionality to authors, reviewers, translators, ... through a web-based user interface.

• Component management
  The repository manages document components instead of complete documents or manuals.
• Metadata on three levels
  Metadata can be set on three levels: the object’s logical level, its versions and on its translations. The metadata is configurable according to your company’s needs.
• Illustration management
  The Trisoft CMS manages your illustrations like any other object. Version control, multilingual capabilities and metadata support also apply to illustrations, which can be stored in any available format.
• Search capabilities
  The Trisoft CMS has elaborate search capabilities allowing authors to search for reusable components using metadata and full text or a combination of both.
• Incorruptible links and hyperlinks
  The repository manages links and hyperlinks between the document components and makes these incorruptible. This prevents broken links in your web sites or missing pages in your paper output.
• Reporting capabilities
  Elaborate reporting capabilities immediately give an overview of where a component is used and the change history it went through.
