Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive is a talented, aggressive and highly-motivated individual to sell our out-of-the-box Trisoft CMS for technical communication to large, globally-operating enterprise customers (typically operating in the area of automotive, industrial machinery and equipment, electronics or telecom). The Sales Executive will act within a broad, international area. He/she will be keen to deal with a complex sales process, relying both on sound technical and business argumentation to close a deal. He/she will have the full responsibility and accountability for all sales activities within the assigned area. He/she will effectively involve management and the project team as required throughout the sales process.

Major Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Lead a process-driven approach to sales qualification and revenue closure, working closely with the technical sales support team
  • Effectively leverage management in order to close major customer deals
  • Maintain a positive customer relationship to maximize the product/services opportunity
  • Work with marketing to increase prospect awareness within the managed territory

Qualifications and requirements

  • Dynamic, high energy, creative sales professional with minimum 3 years of sales experience (IT application software sales experience is mandatory - preferably related to Content & Document Management)
  • Technical insight with ability to present and sell technology products in a business context
  • Consultative, solution-oriented approach to selling with track record of qualifying and closing complex, high value sales transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly qualify the prospect base and "seed and grow" new enterprise customers
  • Strong executive-level contact base
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close enterprise level software license agreements
  • Timely and predictable sales forecasting skills
  • Willingness and desire to travel in support of sales activities and team success (approximately 75% travel will be required)
