Project Leader

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the implementation of the Trisoft CMS in large multinational companies. Your product knowledge, your project management experience and your communication skills will allow you to establish long term relationships with the clients and guarantee the success of the implementation. You will also adopt an advisory role to the clients in their technical documentation development processes. In addition to the consulting work you will play an active role in the development of Trisoft and the products and services offered.

Major Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Manage complex technology and multiple projects which involve multiple vendors and multiple technologies
  • Work with customers as a key and influential member of their technical documentation teams
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources in cooperation with resource management
  • Negotiating, establishing and managing project metrics
  • Participate in presales cycles by defining the objectives, scope, methodology, deliverables, estimates and staffing requirements
  • Facilitate communication between key project parties and influence key parties
  • Identify the areas that require taking on a more detailed project role to ensure success
  • Report high-level progress and identify and remove obstacles to success

Qualifications and requirements

  • Academic degree in Economics and strong IT background
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the implementation of packaged software solutions in large companies
  • Knowledge of overall project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Planning and organisational skills and good relationship management skills
  • Ability to motivate cross-functional team members to ensure delivery respecting budgets, quality and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with XML and Information Structuring Methodologies
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French. German is an asset.
  • Willingness and desire to travel in support of project activities and success
